For HighLevel agencies · Early access

Keep every call recording.
Stop paying to store them in HighLevel.

HighLevel charges for every recorded minute, every month you keep it. Its only fix is auto-deleting old recordings. KeepCalls will copy every recording and transcript, across all your sub-accounts, to low-cost archive storage. Then you can switch on auto-delete in HighLevel without losing a thing.

Lock in early-access pricing

How it will work

  1. Connect your agency once

Install from the HighLevel marketplace and choose which sub-accounts to protect. Read-only access to recordings and transcripts.

  2. We copy every recording

Your existing history first, then each new call within minutes. Recordings and transcripts, organised by sub-account, contact, number and date.

  3. Turn on auto-delete in HighLevel

Set HighLevel to delete recordings after a few days. Your full archive stays searchable and downloadable in KeepCalls.

Every sub-account, one place

Search all calls by contact, phone number, date or sub-account. Play or download any recording.

Transcripts included

HighLevel transcripts are archived alongside the audio, and stay searchable.

Bulk export anytime

Download a ZIP of recordings for a client, a date range or a whole sub-account.

Your retention rules

Keep forever, or delete after 30/90/365 days for compliance. Per sub-account.

Storage cost report

See how many minutes and how much storage each client uses, so you can rebill it.

Your own storage (planned)

Prefer your own Google Drive or S3 bucket? Send archives there instead.

Early-access pricing

Simple and usage-based, so a 2-client agency and a 200-client agency both pay a fair amount.

Pay as you go

$0.10 per GB stored, per month

  • No subscription, no minimum
  • All sub-accounts included
  • Search, playback and bulk export
  • Retention rules and storage reports

Pricing isn't final. People on the early-access list get founding pricing, locked for 12 months.

Questions

Is this available now?

Not yet. We're validating demand and building for a first group of agencies. Join the list and you'll hear from us before anyone else.

Will it delete anything in HighLevel?

No. KeepCalls only reads and copies recordings. You decide whether to switch on HighLevel's own auto-delete setting once your archive is complete.

How will my data be protected?

Recordings will be encrypted in transit and at rest and kept separate per agency. Only users you invite will be able to access them, and you'll be able to export or delete everything at any time.

What about call-recording consent laws?

KeepCalls stores recordings you already made in HighLevel. Consent and disclosure stay your responsibility, the same as today. Retention rules help you delete recordings on schedule where regulations require it.

Why not just download recordings myself?

You can, one call at a time. KeepCalls does it automatically for every call, across every sub-account, and keeps them searchable.

Is this made by HighLevel?

No. KeepCalls is an independent product for HighLevel agencies and isn't affiliated with or endorsed by HighLevel.
